HAMBURG, N.Y. – The McGuire Group’s Autumn View Health Care Facility on Southwestern Blvd in Hamburg has been ranked number one out of more than 600 nursing homes in New York State according to the most recent New York State Nursing Home Quality Pool Benchmarking Results.
The results are used to recognize nursing homes for quality of care and take into account various trackable measures including levels of facility staff, five-star rankings from the Federal Government and resident outcome parameters. Autumn View consistently receives outstanding five-star ratings from the Federal Government, as indicated by the nursing home compare section of www.medicare.gov.
Autumn View is home to 230 residents and patients and employs a staff of more than 350 individuals. Services include subacute and outpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, Journeys palliative care and respite/short-term care.
Additionally, all McGuire Group’s local facilities, including Garden Gate Health Care Facility in Cheektowaga, Harris Hill Nursing Facility in Williamsville, Northgate Health Care Facility in North Tonawanda and Seneca Health Care Center in West Seneca, finished in the top 25 percent.
