April 12th, 2012, (Buffalo, NY) Advantage Home Telehealth (ADHT) announced today that it has established an Affiliate Program to rapidly expand the deployment of the company’s new state-of-the-art healthcare model which includes in-home telehealth, pharmacy and primary care services. The Affiliate Program is open to insurance companies, physician groups, hospitals, clinics, visiting nurse associations, and other health care providers interested in improving the quality and cost-effectiveness of their service to chronically ill, in-home patients. Managing Chronic Health Conditions Wirelessly in Buffalo
